Kate Berlant stars as the god of plant-based cheese in Zach Tavel's absurdist new spot for Plonts.
Miniature sets and practical melted cheese were combined with CGI and Zach's signature surrealism to create the first plant based cheese commercial with a body count of more than 0. In Zach's own words, "we realised there was no better way to poke fun at the existential dilemma faced by consumers than to riff on the original absurdist comedy, the Myth of Sisyphus."
