Our new original animated TV series. Created by Stevie Gee & Essy May
22×22 minute episodes.
Rose, Jeru and Wayne have been best friends forever. They grew up at Sunnyridge, a strange shopping mall on the edge of suburban London. This summer things there get properly weird, and the three of them set out to work out why. Werewolves? A curse? Aliens? Rogue AI? Every theory is on the table, and the truth turns out to be stranger than any of them.
The show was created and show-run by BLINKINK directors Stevie Gee & Essy May. It’s a comedy-mystery that takes their illustration-led 2D characters and love of mixed media into long-form. It was made over two and a half years in our London studio, developed and produced by our long-form team Blink Industries. That came to with Stevie & Essy running the writers’ room the whole way through.
