Using the iconic Twinings tags as building blocks, the striking set was handcrafted entirely of paper by animation directing duo Parabella. Pushing the multi-plane animation technique pioneered by Walt Disney in the 1930s to a new and unique place, they shot 3D models on layered planes, creating a captivating sense of depth and perspective. The pair also took pixelation to another level, using the technique to animate the female character frame by frame, all in-camera.
