Social Media & PR Manager

We are a development studio and production company based in North London. We create and produce original TV series, commercial content, music videos, and are currently expanding into video games and film. We’ve won an Emmy, a BAFTA, an Annie, a Cannes Lions Grand Prix, and D&AD Yellow Pencils. We’re a team of world-class directors, producers, writers, and artists who specialise in craft-centric animation and innovative mixed-media filmmaking. We started out in 2005 and currently have 50 full-time staff and a 130-seat animation studio.

TV: Don’t Hug Me I’m Scared (Channel 4, BFI, YouTube), Dead End: Paranormal Park (Netflix) Peter and the Wolf (HBO Max, BBC Studios). Episodes of Headspace: Guide to Sleep/Meditation (Netflix) and Love Death & Robots (Netflix/Blur Studios). Currently in production: The Sunny Ridge 3 (Disney) Make That Movie (Channel 4) and a new TBA adult animation series with Netflix.

COMMERCIALS: with top international agencies & brands including BBC, Wieden & Kennedy, Amazon, Mother, Devolver, Droga5, Channel 4, Nike, John Lewis.

MUSIC VIDEOS: with artists including Dua Lipa, Iron Maiden, Coldplay, Ashnikko, The Weeknd & Ariana Grande, Gorillaz, Jon Hopkins, and Elton John.

We’re looking for a Social Media & PR Manager to:

  • Be responsible for day-to-day output across our social channels, with the primary objectives of boosting our audience, increasing awareness of our work and guiding traffic to our sites.
  • Develop and service relationships with trade press and editorial channels for the animation, broadcast, advertising and gaming industries.
  • Coordinate with broadcasters, agencies & production partners to strategise and deliver campaigns promoting new releases & announcements. Create hype around our upcoming projects, series, games, and films. Build the brands of our creators via editorial features and social storytelling.
  • Work with our design team to produce daily content; concepting, copywriting, and asset creation; drawing on our archives and behind-the-scenes material.
  • Produce regular newsletters covering new projects, showcasing our talent and the awesome things that we do.
  • Coordinate with festivals, schools and institutions to promote our partnerships.
  • Provide analytics reports of audience growth, engagement and reach.
  • Continually evolve and improve our comms strategies & social output.


Experience: 5 years in a similar role within the animation, TV, music, creative, film, video games, or adjacent industries.
